I think I’m starting to hit my stride! Got to Tennessee for my first listing appointment last Saturday (which was a God thing); got it listed on two residential MLSs and LoopNet with the top notch professional help of my team (another wonderful provision from God); went house hunting for a second home for myself in TN and nothing seemed right until the neighbor across the street from my babies stopped me on a walk with my dog and suggested I buy his house that is not even listed for sale (perfect in every way, especially because it’s across the street from Rory!!!!! A total answer to prayer for this Mimi who has missed her so much). Now I can fly back and forth for work easily and NOT PACK A THING! 🎉🎉 Arrived at the airport for a quick trip to Melbourne for a listing appointment in Palm Bay (another God thing)!🏡❤️ I don’t know why I ever doubt the kindness of God to provide everything I need in the right timing. Stress is such a temptation but a complete waste of time and energy. Because God is faithful. ❤️🥰

Giving a shout out to Nate's Dryer Vent Cleaning service. My dryer wouldn’t turn on so I paid a trusted repairman to come fix it. After replacing the thermostat it worked again, so the repairman suggested getting the vent cleaned in case the thermostat had overheated due to a clogged vent. Even though it hasn’t been that long since I got the dryer vent cleaned, I called Nate’s and scheduled another cleaning, fearing a fire hazard. The tech got here and found the vent didn’t need cleaning and the dryer had stopped working again. Nate’s didn’t even charge me for the service call, realizing the only reason I called was because the dryer repairman suggested it could be the reason the dryer needed repair. WHO DOES THAT these days??? Although the tech came out, got on the roof to inspect the vent exhaust, pulled the dryer out, and did an inspection on the interior, they felt they couldn’t, in good conscience, charge me for a service I didn’t need, nor an unwarranted house call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NATE’S! I appreciate companies like this. Integrity matters.❤️🏡 P.S. The repairman is on his way back out…
