Patricia Spangler is a licensed Realtor, originally from Vero Beach, Florida and has lived in the Atlanta area, Connecticut/Western Massachusetts, and finally Central Florida for the longest period of her life - a combined 22 years. She joined Pastermack Real Estate immediately upon obtaining her real estate license as a natural outflow of her excitement for getting to know people, interest in rea
l estate and creative outlet of renovating investment properties. She is naturally inclined to get to the heart of the needs of her customers because of her work for the last decade as a wedding coordinator for her church family and host of her own nationally broadcasting interview radio program that highlights her heroes - cross-culture missionaries. The latter endeavor provides Patricia an ongoing opportunity to pursue another of her passions: world travel for the purposes of experiencing new cultures, arts, architecture and food, all the while searching out new and captivating interviews. Patricia’s heart is fully invested in her family, having been married for 30 years until the passing of her husband in 2015. Her greatest joy is spending time with her three adult children, one son-in- law and gorgeous granddaughter, who all live within an hour’s proximity. With her desire to help others and commitment to absolute integrity and hard work, Patricia considers it a privilege to serve her clients in finding the perfect haven to call home, vacation property in beautiful Florida, or investment property.
