Another walk in paradise, gently interrupted by all my neighborhood friends.

I swear I only looked away for a second… and I lost my buyers in the woods. They said they were just walking a few feet in — next thing I know, they disappeared like they were scouting for adventure #109.
To which I could only say: at least.

We didn’t end up buying this land, but we did just close on the most incredible home right nearby — another chapter in a journey that started when they wandered into one of my open houses years ago. Since then, we’ve sold a home, bought a home, sold that home, and now celebrated their newest one.

Michelle and Lloyd have become so much more than clients. They’ve become friends I adore, people I’d follow into the woods any day… even if they vanish on me.

I told them this one has to be their forever home — but I won’t be sad if they call me for adventure #110.
