I'm proud to announce that I've officially joined 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶 as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
This wasn't an easy decision. After nearly 15 years serving members at California Credit Union, I was blessed to work alongside incredible teammates, leadership, and clients who helped shape my career. I'll always be grateful for those relationships.
This opportunity allows me to offer my clients access to an expanded lineup of mortgage solutions while continuing to provide the same personalized service you've come to expect from me.
While my business card may have changed, my mission hasn't.

This week's housing and economic news shows that the market continues to send mixed signals.

🏠 Home purchase applications increased 5.5%, showing that many buyers are still actively shopping despite today's mortgage rates.

📉 Refinancing activity slowed as the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate climbed to 6.69%.

⛽ Meanwhile, oil prices have surged above $95 per barrel, raising new concerns about inflation—which could keep interest rates higher for longer.
