We offer financial management, maintenance, cleaning and remodeling (bathrooms, kitchens, decks, ...) I spent 25 years in the gas utility industry, first as an Engineer, and then as an Operations Manager where I was responsible for Maintenance, Construction, and Facilities. Consolidation of the industry caused my corporate offices to move further and further away. I was offered several jobs in oth

er states, but do to my family situation, I could not move. I had to make a decision to either ride out the rest of my career with not room for advancement or do something else. My entire life I wanted to own my own business and came across this property management company which fit so well with my background and skills. Eastern Property Management is a full service property management company offering complete financial and maintenance management of both commercial and residential properties. We also offer remodeling (kitchens, bathrooms, or whatever project need done), cleaning services, and general maintenance services. I have an Engineering degree, my MBA, and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License.
