Yesterday was a special one.

I'm incredibly honored to have been recognized as part of RASCW's inaugural 40 Under 40 class. To be included in the very first group of honorees alongside so many talented professionals in our industry is something I'll always be grateful for. Thank you to Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin for this incredible recognition.

What made the event even more meaningful was looking around the room and seeing a group of agents who are helping shape the next generation of our industry. It's motivating to be surrounded by people who lead with integrity, continuously raise the bar, and genuinely support one another. One of my favorite things about our local real estate community is that we celebrate each other's successes and choose to be teammates rather than competitors.

A special thank you to Lisa, Chesed, and everyone who helped make the inaugural 40 Under 40 celebration such a wonderful event. I'm grateful for the recognition, the relationships, and the opportunity to be part of this incredible first class.

Sometimes, the best real estate stories happen behind the scenes.

This one never made it to the market.

The seller’s family came to us feeling overwhelmed with the responsibility of preparing a loved one’s home for sale. Between cleaning out the house, sorting through years of belongings, and figuring out where to even begin, the process felt like a lot to take on.

A big shoutout to Anderson Lawn Care & Landscaping!

A few weeks ago, I showed up to one of my listings for photos and realized the lawn hadn't been mowed. The seller lives out of state, and the company that was supposed to take care of it didn't show up when they were supposed to.

I called Cody at Anderson Lawn Care, and despite the short notice, he was able to get there the same day and get the property looking great before showings started.
