Something Big is Happening! The Ace Bar at 423 E. St. Germain St. - that has been closed for ten years - now has a new owner.

On June 26, 2026. I purchased the building, along with the parking lot behind it. We can't be more excited! This a puzzle piece that fits right in to the rejuvenation concept of an urban, walkable entertainment district and definitely benefits the businesses we have next door.

Future plans are to return it to a bar and restaurant -- as it has always been destined to be. Be patient, there are a few more pieces to the puzzle that need to fit in yet. These ventures will keep my girls and I engaged for a little while.
