One year without our fearless leader, Shelly Morley. 🤍

It’s hard to believe a whole year has passed since we lost someone who meant so much to our Five Water Realty family. Shelly was so much more than our broker. She was our mentor, our biggest supporter, a wealth of knowledge, and the person who always pushed us to think bigger, work harder, and believe in what we were capable of.

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and investing, Shelly had a way of seeing opportunities others might miss. But what made her truly special was how much she invested in the people around her. She wanted to see us grow, succeed, and become the best versions of ourselves. ❤️

As we look back on this past year, we can't help but think about all the things we know she would be proud of.

🏡 Jim earned his broker’s license and stepped up to lead Five Water Realty in Shelly’s absence. As our owner, broker, and Shelly’s son-in-law, he has continued to guide our team and carry forward what they worked so hard to build together. We know Shelly would be incredibly proud of the leader he has become and the way he continues to move us forward.

🏡 Jess hit her cap and continues to push herself toward new goals while making an incredible impact through her involvement in our community.

🏡 Mackenzie reached her sales goals, stepped into bigger roles within the company, and had the privilege of helping some of our closest clients finally find their dream homes. Jim and Mackenzie also took on the challenge of selling 400/402 Ashmun, a project that meant so much to Shelly and our team.

🏡 Alekz, Shelly's beautiful daughter, has continued helping carry on her mom's legacy by showing up, working hard in the office, helping shape our marketing and strategy, and capturing properties through the lens of one seriously talented photographer. All while navigating the unimaginable loss of her mom.

These are just a few of the milestones from a year filled with growth, challenges, hard work, and moments we wish we could have shared with Shelly.

There have been days when we wished we could pick up the phone, ask her advice, hear her perspective, or share a win with her. We miss her knowledge, her drive, her guidance, and all the little things that made her Shelly.

But as much as we miss her, we are so proud of what this team has continued to build. We know Shelly's influence is still woven into the way we work, the way we support one another, and the way we show up for our clients and our community.

Shelly, we hope you know how much of you is still here. Your lessons, your passion, and your belief in this team continue to guide us every day. We will keep growing, keep pushing boundaries, and keep doing our best to make you proud.
