Big news! I’ve officially added a new title to my resume: Mom 🍼

I am beyond thrilled to announce the arrival of my first baby! We are both doing well, and mom and dad are currently soaking up all the newborn snuggles and adjusting to this beautiful (and sleep-deprived) new chapter.

To my amazing clients and community: I’m still here! While my "office" looks a little different right now, think more rocking chairs and burp cloths, I am still working. For the next few weeks, I will be working in a limited capacity.

What this means for you:
Active Listings & Buyers: My current clients are still my top priority. With help from the amazing agents in my office, I’m managing paperwork and negotiations from home, ensuring nothing skips a beat.

This one deserves a moment.

This sale tried everything to fall apart… multiple times. Months of problem-solving, tough conversations and hard work led us to the closing table.

We switched lenders, worked major holidays, renegotiated multiple times, we built a porch on the coldest day this winter and so much more. And yes, of course there was one last hiccup at the closing table, which, honestly, felt pretty on brand. We tackled every problem that came up, doing whatever we had to do to make this happen for our clients.

This is what happens when the right people stay committed.

An agent who kept showing up, even when it looked like all hope was lost.
A determined buyer who put in blood, sweat and tears, never giving up.

Congratulations to this brand new homeowner! 🏡
After being outbid multiple times, we were able to get Kristin under contract on a home that technically wasn’t even for sale!

I met with a homeowner that was preparing to sell his primary home without an agent, when he mentioned that he also owned the adorable rental next door. I immediately thought of Kristin and how perfect it would be for her. I jokingly asked if he would be willing to sell the rental instead, and to my surprise, he said YES.

This was her chance, this home wasn’t even on the market. There was no competition, no cash buyers to outbid her. We submitted an offer. Within 72 hours of my initial conversation with the homeowner, Kristin’s offer was accepted! 🏡
