A question I get asked on a weekly basis...."Is this a housing bubble? When will it burst? Will prices start to go down?"

Below is a great article, which I agree with, that clearly states why this is not a Housing Bubble, similar to 15 years ago. I believe prices will continue to increase for the foreseeable future, which makes purchasing a home still one of the best investments.
