- Up to $41,000 in down payment help
- Must have mortgage pre-approval + signed purchase agreement
- Borrower must contribute at least 1% of the home purchase price of their own funds to be used towards either the mortgage down payment or closing costs
- Home must be in Burnsville, MN
- Fully forgivable after 30 years of living in your home
- Funds are limited - first come, first served!
