When you buy your first home, it might not the “forever” home, but it’s a place for you to make your own and start building your equity.
Your finances matter greatly. Make sure you are making a purchase based off a payment you think you’ll be able to handle long term and don’t forget about the other expenses with owning a home. This should be a smart move for you financially, not one that’s going to leave you house poor.
