Congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their beautiful new home along the Vernon River. Back in March, after a couple of years of searching, my clients saw a beautiful marshfront home that they loved and we submitted an offer. It didn’t work out and sometimes that’s hard to understand in the moment. We stayed patient, kept faith, and knew the right opportunity would come along. A few months later, the home was still on the market, the price reduced to below our original offer, and we submitted another offer with even more favorable terms. As if it were fate, we were able to get the property under contract on the second attempt. A reminder that what’s meant to be will find its way! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with these wonderful past clients again and help with the long but worthwhile journey to their forever home 🏡💙
