This event is open to Bryan County residents only
No commercial dumping permitted

Dream clients and a dream transaction through and through! These first time homebuyers deserve an award for doing all of the right things. They reached out months in advance to ask questions, understand the process, and connect with a lender to prepare. When the time was right, we scheduled a day of showings and, because they knew what they wanted, we found the perfect fit on day 1! The listing agent was amazing and it was smooth sailing from contract to close. So very happy for this sweet family and their new home! I might have to hire them to teach a class on low stress, high results first time home buying 🤓🏆

Back in March, after a couple of years of searching, my clients saw a beautiful marshfront home that they loved and we submitted an offer. It didn’t work out and sometimes that’s hard to understand in the moment. We stayed patient, kept faith, and knew the right opportunity would come along. A few months later, the home was still on the market, the price reduced to below our original offer, and we submitted another offer with even more favorable terms. As if it were fate, we were able to get the property under contract on the second attempt. A reminder that what’s meant to be will find its way! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with these wonderful past clients again and help with the long but worthwhile journey to their forever home 🏡💙
