Great news, everyone! We have successfully completed and filled two duplexes! These units are truly amazing, and they are being leased even before we can finish building them. 🎉

But don't worry, we still have plenty of room to build more! Our third duplex is scheduled to be completed in July, and both units are already under lease.

Looking ahead, our fourth duplex is "in the dry" and expected to be available this Fall, around September/October. If you're looking for something a little further out, now is the perfect time to apply!
