JUST SOLD 12/10/24

Bitter sweet to see this one go, this home has been in my family since it was built in the 60's. I remember having Christmas' with Grandma Hazel and Grandpa Waters in this home. We always got together in the bonus room (converted garage) because the living room was the "formal sitting room" and was off limits to everyone. Grandma Hazel made sure no one sat on the furniture (which had plastic on them) and no one touched her fine china plates in the formal sitting room. It's funny because really the first time I ever actually saw that entire room was when I went to list the home.

But I'm proud to say I am friends of the new owners and I am excited to see the changes and upgrades that they will make to this home!
