Choosing outfits for family photos does not have to feel overwhelming! The goal is to coordinate without perfectly matching, choose colors that complement your location, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident.

Whether you are planning photos at Forsyth Park, Tybee Island, downtown Savannah, or along one of our beautiful Lowcountry marshes, I put together a complete guide to help you choose outfits that will photograph beautifully and still feel like your family.

Christmas Mini Sessions are now booking at Rahn Tree Farm in Springfield, GA. 🎄

I’ll be offering sessions on two Saturday mornings:

• Saturday, October 24th
• Saturday, November 14th

Each session is $100 and includes:

• 15-minute session
• 8 to 10 professionally edited images
• Online gallery
• Print release
• Approx. 1-week turnaround
• $25 deposit required to reserve your time

These are perfect for families, couples, children, Christmas cards, or anyone wanting a few updated holiday photos together.

Sessions begin at 9:00 AM and spots are limited, so if you have a specific time in mind, I’d recommend booking early.

We had the perfect evening for photos, and that beautiful marsh made an even better backdrop. I love when a session feels relaxed and natural and everyone can just enjoy themselves—these are always some of my favorite moments to capture.

What a beautiful (and very hot) day this was.
Despite the heat, Haven and Riley’s wedding was full of joy, love, and the kind of quiet moments that make a wedding day feel real. From the soft light filtering through the trees to the way they looked at each other, everything about their day felt genuine and special.
I had such a great time photographing these two and documenting their celebration. The photos came out beautifully, and I’m so glad I got to be part of it.

Hayden and her mother visited the South and booked me for her senior session in Hilton Head. She traveled all the way from Pittsburgh, PA (Go Steelers! 🖤💛), and the weather could not have cooperated more. Soft golden light, beautiful dunes, and a glowing sunset made for such a special shoot.

Hayden was an absolute natural in front of the camera, and these images turned out so beautifully. I’m so glad I got to capture this milestone for her.

What a special evening with the Anderson family!

Even though it stormed most of the day, we got a perfect break in the weather for our mini session in Hilton Head. I had the honor of photographing this beautiful extended family — grandparents, two families with their children, siblings, and significant others — 15 people in all. Capturing their time together while visiting the island was such a joy.

The photos came out beautifully, and I loved getting to meet everyone and create images they can share, print, and treasure for years to come.
