We are seeking a Property Manager/maintenance to become a part of our family team! We own historic residential property in down town Savannah. You would answered all inquires both rental and repair. Help turn around units. Would need to have experience with home repair, landscape maintenance as well as leasing/collections. We provide a private office, parts and supply storage, cell phone.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all showing and leasing
Attract and educate new tenants
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train property staff
Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Be hands on with cleaning, yards, repairs and improvements
Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize by handling small maintenance, cleaning or landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Flexible time, some after hour showing and repair emergences
