Ed Yannett "Mr. Ed", Team Yannett's Team Leader and listing specialist, launched his real estate career in Denver, Colorado over 25 years ago after studying Economics, Finance and Real Estate in college. He gained real-world experience buying, rehabbing, and reselling homes. He renovated and sold dozens of properties throughout the Savannah area and bought and managed two
apartment complexes with 240 units. After the real estate downturn in 2007, he decided to transition from investing in real estate to helping others buy and sell their homes. The most important thing in his professional life is representing his clients to the best of his abilities. He negotiates with a bulldog mentality and is committed to discovering and getting what his clients want and need from their real estate transaction. As a Team, our goal is always to be in service to others and solve difficult problems for our clients and friends, not just to buy or sell real estate! Ed has a strong commitment to supporting and building up the community, especially Isle of Hope. He started the Isle of Hope News in 2009, a free community magazine, that serves and informs over 2800 households in the area. He also launched the Taste of Sandfly Facebook and Instagram pages in 2018 to promote all the top-notch restaurants in the Sandfly area. Always having fun while he works and plays! Ed is an ambitious leader who excels in marketing and negotiating. He has designed a one-of-a-kind, targeted marketing system that uses the power of video and social media to maximize his clients' exposure to the right buyers. He puts his negotiation skills to work every day for clients to make them or save them the most money possible! He is one of the best negotiators you will ever work with and will be glad he is on your Team, never worried about confronting the tuff situations to help his clients! Outside of work, Ed loves spending quality time with his family, serving in the Isle of Hope Methodist Church, and helping coach his sons' sports teams and LOVES hunting.
