Would you like to get a home loan with 100% financing? Do you want to know if you can qualify for the USDA loan? Below explains the loan terms and requirements. In our area, most all locations west of I-95 qualify, like Pooler, Rincon, Ellabell, Pembroke, Springfield and parts of Hinesville. Smaller towns in between like Bloomingdale, Eden and Guyton also qualify. There are credit scores and a salary limit requirement to meet to qualify.
