Built in 1925 on the banks of Grays Creek and abandoned for more than forty years, it has been restored into three separate structures on one private marsh front property: the original shrimp camp, a guest cottage of its own, and the old tackle shed, rebuilt around a picture window that frames the water.
The restoration kept what mattered and rebuilt the rest with real intention. Original pine ceilings and a ballast stone fireplace remain. Around them, a chef's kitchen with a wide island, soaring ceilings, curated furnishings, and windows sized to the view.
Outside, the property belongs to you alone. A private drive, a wide yard along the water, a firepit for the last hour of the day. No neighbors in the frame, no one passing through, nothing but the tide moving through the creek.
