UPDATE...THE OFFICE WILL OPEN AT NOON (12PM) ON THURSDAY, JAN. 30TH 2014

ATTENTION WINDSOR ARMS RESIDENTS

Due to the winter storm warnings our community management offices and
maintenance will close today at 1 pm and will reopen on Thursday 1/30 AT NOON Unfortunately if roads are closed due to ice conditions our
maintenance staff may not be available until our offices reopen on Thursday. We
will make every effort to respond to emergency maintenance issues as we can.
Please understand our staff might not be able to get to the community until weather
improves.
If you experience loss of power contact GA Power 1-888-891-0938 24hr
Tree limbs on power lines contact Ga Power.
Tree or tree limbs on building with damage through roof contact office for
maintenance.
Tree limbs in road way. Staff will address on Thursday.
Tree limb through a window. Contact office for maintenance.
Loss of heat, please call office for maintenance.
If Savannah water service loses power your water service could be affected.
Please do not call maintenance. Contact Savannah water/sewer bureau 912-
651-4241.
All other maintenance issues will be addressed when community offices open on
Thursday.
