This home is a great deal at the $399,160 "Your Way" lowest price option, OR we can do our 4.99% fixed interest rate loan OR our 3.99% 5/1 ARM option PLUS pay $10,000 towards the Buyer's Closing Costs with Landmark 24 Mortgage as well. If you're looking for the lowest payment possible, and you aren't planning on living in the home for over 5 years, I would HIGHLY recommend the 3.99% 5/1 ARM option, however if you plan on living in the home for the long haul, I would DEFINITELY recommend the 4.99% fixed interest rate loan deal.
