Landmark 24 Homes' Special Interest rate of 4.49% for our homes that close before the end of 2024 makes a significant impact on the monthly payment. For example our Pinehurst II plan in Brookline on Lot 349 - 108 Peabody Street, at the $465,045 sale price it would be $2,271 for the estimated P&I payment with a 3.5% downpayment. At 6.5% with the same 3.5% downpayment it would be $2,851 P&I which is a monthly savings of $580.11 and an annual savings of $6,961.32. Please reach out to me if you have any questions at all.
