HAPPY FRIDAY!!! The real estate market is on fire 🔥 🔥🔥. All these homes will have a new homeowners in the next couple of months. A lot of these are first time home buyers. With interest as low as it is a couple of them are upgrading their homes and taking advantage of this low interest market. All of them except one used a local lender which allowed them to win a multiple offer situation. One beat out a cash offer and got their first home accepted. I can’t wait to see how these become reality for all of them. And yes one is also an investor as I do help people with their investment portfolios. Architectural history nerd alert 🚨: This is The Graham building located in the heart of historic downtown district of Savannah, Georgia. It was originally built for single working class women in the late 1920s. It speaks to my heart on so many levels. On that note, We just put it UNDER CONTRACT and I am so excited to be working and living in a city full of historic tales. Congratulations to my buyer! So excited for her to have her own piece of history in this gorgeous town on the gorgeous Oglethorpe square.

Congratulations to the Woods Family on moving cross country and trusting me for finding their perfect country home and negotiating it down to about 20,000 dollars.
