Catherine James - Realtor Providing exceptional service to clients At age 29, Catherine left NY for warmer weather and spent the next 25 years soaking up the sun in Florida.

Born and raised on Long Island, NY, the daughter of a realtor, Catherine James has worked in real estate holding licenses in Georgia, Florida and New York. Also, while in Florida, Catherine’s love for coastal living grew stronger which fueled her passion to specialize in waterfront properties. Catherine has maintained licenses in both Florida and Georgia. When her daughter moved to NYC, she decide

d to follow up and go back to her roots in Long Island. Several years into her return however, Catherine found herself missing the south, and being familiar with Savannah as her daughter had attended SCAD, she decided to land here and couldn’t be happier with her decision. Her attention to detail and superior customer service has brought Catherine success wherever she goes. During her spare time, Catherine enjoys gardening, reading and traveling.
