If youā€™re thinking about selling your Savannah home right now, I know these numbers might make you pause for a second. šŸ‘€

Closed sales are down 12.8%, and homes are taking about 10.1% longer to sell.

But hereā€™s the part I really want sellers to remember: Savannah isnā€™t one big market.

Whatā€™s happening with a home on Wilmington Island can look completely different from whatā€™s happening Downtown, in Pooler, or even a few streets away from you.

So I wouldnā€™t look at one market headline and immediately think, ā€œWellā€¦ I guess this isnā€™t the time to sell.ā€ šŸ˜…

Iā€™d look at your neighborhood. Your competition. What buyers are actually paying nearby. And then we price and position your home around whatā€™s happening there.

Fort Pulaski National Monument remains one of the Savannah area's most significant historic landmarks. Savannah has officially opened a new protected bike lane on the 52nd Street bridge, making the bike commute safer and more accessible. The new section completes 7 miles of continuous Truman Linear Trail from Daffin Park to Lake Mayer.

The trail is part of Savannahā€™s Tide to Town network, which aims to create a 30+ mile core loop connecting more than 60 neighborhoods, 30 schools, and three hospitals.

More trail sections are already being designed and planned, along with future amenities like bike repair stations, water stations, and wayfinding signs. The project is becoming an important transportation option for cyclists, runners, and walkers, not just a recreational trail.
