Today’s episode of Protecting My Buyers at All Costs:

• A contract closing Monday where a property management company was never properly terminated and won’t give a firm release cost. 🚩 Hard stop. My buyers are NOT closing with lingering contracts and liability hanging over their heads. Major fumble.

• Another home under contract where we already rescheduled inspections due to no power… only to find out the seller no longer owns the property — the BANK does. 😵‍💫 Now the listing agent is hustling to get the bank to honor our already binding contract.

• And because balance is important… my dog Bohdi ate my Christmas crack Melissa made me, and my son Riley ate my top-secret Christmas bread Emma made me. Both were my coping mechanisms. RIP. 🫠🎄

This is why real estate isn’t a part-time hobby, it’s a career.
