f The Landings community. Ginna Carroll is a native Savannahian. She graduated from Savannah Christian Preparatory School and The University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. Ginna subsequently obtained her Masters in Accounting from The University of Virginia and worked for Ernst & Young in Atlanta as a financial auditor serving large telecommunications clients. She transferred into Human Resources and served seven years as an Assistant Director of Human Resources for Ernst & Young’s Southeast region, consulting internally with over 1,500 employees in 14 offices. Ginna and her husband, Doug, moved back to Savannah in 2008 after being in Atlanta for ten years. They chose The Landings as the place to raise their two girls. In Savannah, Ginna served as the Director of Human Resources for the MacAljon Companies. While working, Ginna co-founded The Next Generation for The Children’s Hospital at Memorial University Medical Center. She served as the Vice President of Operations of The Next Generation for five years. She is an active member and Administrative Board Member of Wesley Monumental United Methodist Church, Co-Development Chair of the Union Mission Board and on the Parent Association Board of The Savannah Country Day School. Jill Brooks grew up in New Bern, NC and earned her AAS in Business Computer Programming from Craven Community College. She brings over 20 years of experience in accounting, banking, economic development and most recently as a Client Services Associate with Independent Investment Services, LLC in Savannah. Prior to this role, Brooks served as a Financial Services Officer with BB&T and the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for the Florence County Economic Development Partnership. With her husband’s career, they were located every few years throughout the Southeast. When they found The Landings ten years ago, they knew The Landings was going to be their home. Jill and her husband, Pat, have two boys that enjoy all of the recreational amenities The Landings has to offer. Brooks is an active member of Isle of Hope United Methodist Church and has served on a variety of committees. Jill has a passion for sharing the island lifestyle, its amenities and its properties with newcomers to The Landings and knows where to find the best sunsets and surprises the island has to offer. Jill and Ginna are Members of the Savannah Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors and are Distinguished Sales Society Members. They have been honored as members of the Savannah Board of Realtors Distinguished Sales Society every years since 2015 and in the Top 10 of all Landings Company agents each year since 2016. Pat Ewaldsen devoted much of her life to education, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Florida. She combined the joy of raising her family with tutoring and teaching upper level math for many years, and has been very involved in community and church work. Pat formed Southern Charm Building and Renovation Inc., which initiated her next career, and led to her getting her Realtors license. Although Pat has retired from the classroom, she feels that helping people understand the Real Estate market and assisting them in finding their dream home is extremely rewarding. She credits her success in sales to her love for people and her commitment to doing a good job. Her endless energy and desire to be sure her clients’ needs are met no matter what it takes, make all who put their trust in her feel well cared for. Pat holds the Graduate Realtor Institute I, II and III, GRI designation. She is active in the Huntingdon Women’s Guild and earned the Georgia Federation of Women’s Club 1st District Clubwoman of the Year for 2001 for outstanding service to the club and community. She is also an active member in her church. She has been a member of the Distinguished Sales Society/Million Dollar Sales club since she started her real estate career.
