After 20+ years in Boston, the weather and the real estate market prompted my decision to return home to Savannah to live out the balance of my real estate sales career. Upon my return to Savannah, the first professional move was to upgrade my Real Estate License to Associate Broker and the second was to obtain a USCG Captains license. In 2004 I joined forces with Roy Hill and formed a new real estate company, The Coastal Real Estate Group, LLC. We enjoyed several good years of great markets, wonderful agents and terrific clients. In 2008, the market dictated a well planned merger with Seabolt Brokers. The result of the merger is that I am able to go back to my intended skill set and SELL REAL ESTATE.
