Christy Marsengill, Associate Broker Christy Marsengill is an Associate Broker/Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Legacy. She became a licensed Realtor in 2007.

Christy Marsengill began her Real Estate career in 1999 as an Office Manager/Agent Coordinator for a large Northeast Georgia Real Estate Company. She recently completed the Georgia Real Estate Broker Prelicense Course and obtained her Associate Broker License. She is a member of the Savannah Area Board of Realtors. Christy is equipped with the skills needed to connect with her clients to find out what their true needs and objectives are and to negotiate the deal to make sure her clients' needs are met. Christy operates her business according to The Golden Rule. She is a resident of Wilmington Island, where she lives with her husband of thirteen years, Chris, and their two daughters, Emily, 9, and Katelyn, 7. In her spare time, Christy enjoys cooking, entertaining and exploring Savannah.
