Sierra and I had an awesome time hosting our homebuyer workshop! We effectively explained the process, answered questions, and made everyone feel comfortable.
I truly would like to thank our sponsors that came out and presented and some of our Scott Realty Family that came out to support!
Super, super thanks to Lavonnia Riou with 1st Response Home Inspections, she made time to present in-between inspecting homes and was very thorough.
Samaria Barnes with Gold Life Builders was awesome as well, she helped the class understand how credit works, different hacks to improve/manage credit, and some of the in-and-outs that a lot of people didn't know.
Also, Victor Tetreault with Tetreault Law, he did an awesome job explaining his role of why it's so important to have an attorney. He even gave some free knowledge for future investors on how they can structure their LLC.
We were told by the attendees that we had the most informative class that they have attended. Woo-hoo!!
After the class ended, one person should be receiving her pre-approval soon, five people signed up for credit repair, and two people should be ready around the beginning of next year!
