Save this if you are thinking about buying a home in Savannah.

The process could take longer than most people expect and that is completely normal. Here is the full timeline so nothing catches you off guard.

Pre-approval first. Then the home search. Then offer and negotiation. Then inspections and due diligence. Then closing.

From accepted offer to keys in hand is usually 30 to 45 days. Start to finish plan for two to four months depending on your situation.
