Well, this was a 🎯 For followers who are new and for those who have been here for a while, but we have yet to meet:
**⚠️ WARNING: You’re about to meet Ashley.**
She is extremely capable, but there’s a decent chance she’s currently convinced she’s not being productive enough.
She operates best with **a checklist, a deadline, and someone who needs something from her.** Give her a clearly defined job and she will handle it. Give her an entire unscheduled day to “work on her business,” and she may complete 47 tasks while somehow feeling like she accomplished nothing.
She is a real estate agent, which means she has spent years professionally managing other people’s stress while privately thinking, *“How is this possibly my problem?”* She can coordinate inspections, negotiate repairs, manage deadlines, calm nervous clients, and keep a transaction moving even with the biggest roadblocks.
She is fiercely loyal. Her business has been built entirely through her sphere, referrals, and repeat clients. Translation: people trust her, come back to her, and apparently tell their friends, *“Call Ashley. She’ll handle it.”*
She is also a mom of three, so her calendar looks less like a calendar and more like air-traffic control. Soccer. Baseball. Basketball. Flag football. Cheer. School events. Practices. Games. She has proudly made being present for her kids a priority, so don't casually schedule something against an important family event and assume she'll choose you. **She probably won't.**
Do not be fooled by her organization, though. **She lost her paper planner once and experienced what can only be described as an administrative identity crisis.** She bought a new one, but all those blank pages were deeply offensive.
She is community-oriented, remembers people, supports local places, and genuinely enjoys helping people. She'll probably recommend a local business, tell you exactly what to order, and somehow connect you with someone who can solve a problem you mentioned three conversations ago.
She's resourceful. If there's a problem, she's going to research it, ask questions, find the person who knows more, and keep digging until she understands it.
And perhaps the biggest warning:
**Ashley is much harder on herself than she is on other people.**
She can look at a year where she raised three kids, showed up for their lives, managed a household, maintained relationships, sold houses, served clients, and built a referral-based business,
…and still wonder whether she's been productive enough.
So before you meet her, understand this:
She's funny. She's practical. She's sentimental. She's organized until the planner disappears. She's dependable. She's protective of her people. She needs purpose more than busyness. And when she decides something needs to happen, **you probably don't need to remind her.**
In fact, she'll remind *you.*
Twice. 😂
