An incredibly busy month of real estate culminated in THREE wonderful closings this week! 🏡🔑✨
Each one had its own story, its own twists and turns, and a whole team of people who helped get us to the closing table.
🏡 60 Rainbow Farm Road, Yarmouth
This one was kismet. We had a ton of activity on this property, but we knew it was going to take a particular buyer—someone excited to invest some sweat equity and bring some life back into this special home.
I’m so thrilled to have worked with Samantha Marinko of Boulos to bring this one to the closing table. And in a moment none of us will forget, right before closing the buyers found a missing wedding ring in the house that belonged to a member of the sellers’ family. Being able to return it gave the sellers some unexpected closure and peace. Talk about tears! ❤️

Thrilled to have represented the buyer on this awesome two-unit investment property—plus two large garages!—in a prime location close to schools, I-95, and the beautiful beaches of Wells.

I had the privilege of representing both the sellers and buyers in this transaction, and this one definitely kept us on our toes!
After our first buyer backed out, we had a standby buyer who had expressed interest after we were already under contract. We got them into the house that same day and quickly went back under contract.
There were hurdles along the way, but with collaboration and flexibility from both the sellers and buyers, we made it happen. And when a few last-minute wrenches were thrown our way at closing yesterday, Connie Minervino- Pennell with Simple Title showed incredible patience and support in getting us through it. I can’t recommend Connie and her team enough!
If this week reminded me of anything, it’s that real estate is truly a team effort.
I’m so grateful for my clients who trust me to guide them through these big moments—and for the lenders, title companies, contractors, cleaning crews, fellow agents, and everyone else I lean on behind the scenes to help make my clients’ real estate goals a reality.
