It was a big week for Donna Galluzzo, with five properties making it across the closing table.

But the number only tells part of the story.

Each closing represents a different client, a different property, and a different strategy to get from the first conversation all the way to SOLD.

When the sellers first reached out, their plan was simple:

“Derek, we’re going to sell our home for sale by owner. Let me know if you have any buyers that might be interested.”

He gave them a call, offered to put together a CMA, and told them he’d love the opportunity to show them what we could offer. No pressure. They could take the information and decide what made the most sense for them.

By the end of the conversation, it was something like:

“You can do all of this, and I don’t have to do anything other than a few minor maintenance items to get the home ready? And we’ll net what we need to? Let’s do it!”

And that’s exactly what we did.

Derek originally helped these sellers purchase 418 Auburn Street in 2024, and they had big plans for the property. When he toured it earlier this summer, he got to see firsthand just how much they had transformed it.
