I agree with so many of these deal breakers. The little things can have a big impact on how buyers experience a home, especially during those first few minutes of a showing.

✨ Pricing it correctly
🧹 Creating a clean, uncluttered space
💡 Making the home feel bright and welcoming
🔧 Taking care of noticeable maintenance issues
📸 Making sure the photos accurately represent what buyers will see in person

One thing I always remind sellers is that you don't have to have a perfect home. You just want buyers to be able to see the home's potential without being distracted by things that could have been addressed beforehand.
