This past week, I was fortunate to help 3 of my clients sell their homes. Some of the things I love most about what I do is meeting people from various walks of life, learning their stories, helping to show their properties in their best light, and creating positive experiences.

A tidbit from each experience…
--From kickball buddies to closing buddies. Thank you, Bobby, for your trust in me to guide you through the home selling process.

--Because sometimes you just have to laugh with your seller while you both try to unscrew the door lock when an agent gets a key stuck in the door during a showing (old lock…was bound to happen sometime soon). Thank you for choosing me to help you purchase and then sell your home years later.

--After 60 years of living and raising two children in this co-op, it was time to pass the torch (or the key in this case) to a medical student. Between management and the co-op board, wasn’t so sure we’d have the closing before one of the signatories went off to India for a year. I consider this a small yet helpful victory. Love when things end well.
