We have a beautiful smoke-free community with over 13 different floor plans to choose from. Our prices are currently ranging from $1,005 – 1,010 for a Studio, $1,085 to $1,250 for a one bedroom one bath, $1,485 for two bedrooms 1-1.5 bath and $1645 - 1690 for a renovated two bedroom two bath unit. All our floor plans are listed on our website www.villageinthepark.com, please keep in mind that our

pricing and availability can change daily. There are many amenities for you to enjoy such as indoor/outdoor heated pools, a large fitness center and free fitness classes (Zumba and Yoga). We are a cat and dog-friendly community, some restrictions do apply to dogs. We have two dog-friendly buildings only and allow one dog per unit under 25 pounds. All of our building has a second-floor laundry lobby that operates 24/7 on a smart card system. We are offering up to one month free on selected vacant one bedroom apartments (*must move-in within the next 45 days*)

Our leasing office is open seven days a week: Monday-Friday 9 to 6 pm, Saturday 10 to 5 pm, and Sunday noon to 5 pm. Let me know if you would like additional information on a particular floor plan or would like to schedule an appointment. Maximum of 2 cats & 1 dog (under 25lbs) per apartment. $25 monthly fee for dogs. $100 deposit $350 non-refundable fee
