Here's what I tell my buyers: Don't automatically eliminate a home that checks all your other boxes just because it has well and septic!

We can have both systems professionally inspected, test the water, review maintenance records, and make sure you understand what you're purchasing BEFORE making a final decision.

The right home isn't always the one that checks every single box. Sometimes it's the one that's worth keeping an open mind about. ❤️
