Don't miss out on these interest rates!
Even if you're not following, at this point, there's no way you've missed the buzz about *𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀*
Currently, the average interest rate on a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage went up to 2.97%, according to Freddie Mac. The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage rose to 2.34%. Which is STILL historically LOW! The 30-year interest rate is on the rise and by the end of the year expected to rise to 3.4%. BUT, that's still lower than this time last year.
What does this all mean?! 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗡'𝗧 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘!🏘🎉
