Closing number 3 of 2026… This one was a very unique transaction.

As I was coming off a great July 2025, I was able to list this one-of-a-kind 3-bed, 2-bath Cape Cod-style home. I saw great potential in this property, as it came equipped with a double lot, a gated rear entry, a 26 kW Generac generator, and a blank canvas waiting to be refreshed!

What I didn’t anticipate was a market shift  that went from homes sitting on the market for 30-45 days to much longer in some cases!

Lots of homes that would have sold for the price of your firstborn child just 5 years ago are now sitting on the market for 120-180 days… In this case, 189 days on the market with significant price reductions.

It finally went under contract shortly after the new year, and 30 days later she is now getting ready to be transformed.

Greetings & Salutations,

I just wanted to take the time to thank some people that have been very close to my Real Estate journey the Last 5 Years! First and foremost, Carol Dobrzynski... Thank you for believing in me, even when I didn't! Even when I struggled through the peaks and the Valleys of the business, you always tried to let me know how valued and appreciated I was. I can't thank you enough for that. You are a wonderful team leader, and a tremendous vat of Knowledge. You are also a very dear friend of mine, & I'll always have your back!

There was a period of time where I was dealing with some physical issues, and the support I received from some of my Teammates/Friends was unbelievable! I can't thank Katie Finger, Amanda Damsch, Valerie Abeyta, Aaron Salgado, Rosi Hernandez, Carol Dobrzynski (again), and the many other Teammates that helped show my clients homes, went on Listing appointments, and did a host of other things for me, the months I was down. Forever grateful to these friends and individuals that helped me and my family eat, when I couldn't!

I have made the tough decision to go on my own, and break away from the Carol Dobrzynski team. I have dreams and goals that I would like to obtain, and a name that I would like to make for myself in this industry. I can't thank this team enough, and I will probably look back at this time as the most fun that I ever had in a professional setting, and the building block to what I hopefully envision for myself down the road.
