🏡 Not all real estate agents are the same and who you choose to sell your home matters more than you may think.

Before you sign a listing agreement, interview multiple agents. Ask questions. Compare their strategies. And most importantly, make sure you trust the person sitting across from you.

Ask things like:
• What will you do to market my home beyond putting it on the MLS?
• How did you determine my home’s value?
• How often will I hear from you?
• What sets you apart from other agents?

Marketing and experience are important, but so are trust, honesty, integrity and communication. You want an agent who will tell you what you need to hear, not simply what you want to hear to win your listing.

You’re trusting someone with one of your biggest financial assets. Choose your representation wisely.

There are some transactions that are easy to talk about... and then there are the ones that take time because your heart 💔 just isn't ready.

This upcoming closing is especially emotional because it's my sister. While I'm grateful she trusted me to help her through the process, this was one deal I truly never wanted to do.

As a Realtor, I help people move every day, but when it's your own family, it's completely different. This house holds years of memories, and saying goodbye isn't easy. The hardest part isn't the house - it's knowing my niece and nephews won't be just a short drive away anymore.

I love you all so much, and while my heart is hurting, I hope this next chapter brings you everything you're looking for. ❤️
