I recently ordered a banner from BannerBuzz.com, paid the additional shipping fees for it to get here on time and it ended up showing up 4 days late. Needed the product for the Fun Days Labor Day Parade in Marathon City …so it was time specific.
Costumer service was terrific though out. Ultimately, It may have not been any fault of their own that the product didn’t get here on time, but I was very satisfied with how their customer service handled everything and they ended up refunding my entire purchase, including the additional shipping costs. There are a lot of options out there for getting products like this so I just thought I would take the time to share a good experience that I had with this one.
Quality product, good customer service… I won’t hesitate to order from them again.
