Today we say to our beloved Team members Tom Sobek thank you for your service. We are excited for Tom’s new position at the newly renovated Brown Swan restaurant opening here soon. He will be taking the position as their Sous Chef. We couldn’t be more happy and proud of this decision to follow his passion locally. We are encouraging all to stop by The Lodge at Schroon Lake in support. As this business is supplying new opportunities to a lot of our local people.
