Our sister site in Columbus Nebraska is seeking a live-in assistant property manager for residential units. You will be part of a team working to maintain the property & working directly with the property manager & tenants.

Some duties will include tending to the needs of tenants, maintaining property grounds, maintaining & enforcing rules of occupancy, reporting issues to management, ensuring property is secure & safe, light paperwork, working with vendors, overseeing the timely & successful completion of maintenance requests, etc.

Requirements include working one on one with the property manager, strong communication & interpersonal skills, attention to details, effective time management, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to remain professional at all times & time availability.

This is a flexible & part-time schedule but must have the willingness & availability to be on-site most evenings, nights & weekends.

This person should be knowledgeable for basic repairs & be capable of helping prepare apartments for new tenants. Must be detail oriented, reliable, have the ability to communicate efficiently & provide quality work.

This is a flexible & part time job. Must be able to pass a background screen.
