I’m back!

A little life update, I had my third baby the first week of December 💗 Since then real estate (and life in general with 3 kids) has been great!

December- My listing in Lyons Sold! Still so happy that was such a quick and easy sale.

January- Helped first time home buyers that also happen to be my best friends buy their first home in over 5 acres!!

February- Officially sold my horse property listing with an indoor arena and boarding facility. This listing took a lot of patience from my sellers, but we got it done!

So thankful for this job and the opportunity it gives me to help family and friends find their perfect homes while also getting to be a stay at home mom with my babies ❤️

I’m so stinkin proud of this family!

First time home buyers that just bought their first home! They negotiated hard and got it for over 30k under asking with sellers paying their closing costs! They worked hard since last summer to pay down some debt so they could set themselves up financially in the best way possible before buying. They made sacrifices and it has finally paid off. Lucky to call these guys clients but more importantly friends ❤️ 🏡
