This sale had a few twists and turns but you learn a lot about the agent you hired when deals hit a bit a bump or the unexpected comes up. The good agents work hard to keep everyone calm and think creatively to keep the train rolling down the track and that’s what I did here. I communicated all the wonderful aspects of this home with buyer agents, our list side recalibrated when needed, I called on my valued list of trusted go-to vendors who were there at a moment’s notice when needed, and I was in close contact with my clients every step of the way so they always knew what was happening and where we were going next.
