🌟 Just Sold 🌟 327 Country Way Scituate | $920,000 |Represented Sellers. Despite what social media might lead some to believe, not every deal is sunshine and rainbows EVERY step of the way. This sale had a few twists and turns but you learn a lot about the agent you hired when deals hit a bit a bump or the unexpected comes up. The good agents work hard to keep everyone calm and think creatively to keep the train rolling down the track and that’s what I did here. I communicated all the wonderful aspects of this home with buyer agents, our list side recalibrated when needed, I called on my valued list of trusted go-to vendors who were there at a moment’s notice when needed, and I was in close contact with my clients every step of the way so they always knew what was happening and where we were going next. Most importantly I had faith we would get this done and we are on record and closed out. The close of a chapter and the start of a new beginning. Watching me sell their neighbors’ house last year provided the impetus for these sellers to get going on their own planned prep and real estate changes. They saw the success I achieved across the street, reached out and here we are. The goals were clear and well communicated from the start- find the next-step dream house and get immediately on selling Satuit for top dollar in the most efficient way possible, ideally lining up closings same day. Done, done and done. The sellers knocked it out of the park finishing their prep then I took it from there.
