If you haven’t heard, Kenilworth is working on adding 3 additional data centers to the one no union county let alone Kenilworth resident wants. They are holding a meeting in Kenilworth tonight at 7pm. We the people have the power. If you don’t want this data centers in your back yard ruining our water, air, energy quality, property values etc… be there to show your support!

Every day after I finish my meditation, a nice quote pops up. I enjoyed this and wanted to share it. I’ve done different forms of meditations over the years but for almost 2 years now I’ve done Transcendental Meditation daily(Aka TM). The Benefits it has brought to my life have been beyond my wildest dreams. Specifically as someone diagnosed with ADHD who was put on Ritalin / Adderall at age 7-21+, and honestly didn’t know what calm was. This form of meditation, leverages an alpha1 brain wave state increasing your coherence, memory recall, calms the brain and nervous system and lots more to be honest. TM is currently the most researched form of meditation. There are tons of studies. I am now 10x more effective in every area of my life not taking Adderall. The best part is it couldn’t be easier to do. Transcendental Meditation is literally effortless. If you have any questions or want to learn, feel free to reach out.
