Begin 2025 with a plan of action. Spent a wonderful weekend with my friend . We have spent a weekend in January for the past 3 years organizing our taxes. However, it evolved into a wonderful business and personal goal setting session for the new year. It is great to have a friend and accountability partner. My grandchildren always purge and donate whenever they see me roaming around the house with a garbage bag picking up trash. LOL! It’s good for children to learn this skill early so they can appreciate what they have and know what sharing is.

Organized Transitions LLC has been a blessing to me, as well as all the lives we have touched. Last year a late employee asked me about my business exit strategy. I realized I had none. So, over the past year, I started reorganizing my business. As I transition into this next phase of my life, I want to pay it forward by providing you all with the resources to plan and strategize downsizes, moves, estate beneficiary divisions, and cleanouts. I am also mentoring business owners to scale their business operations and help analyze their balance sheets. Additionally, I am organizing people’s retirement life beyond finances.
