Recently, I was able to help a long distance landlord check up on their home near Scott AFB. They saved time, money and precious energy by hiring me to go check on their property. Their home was lovely, the tenants were fabulous, and I was able to help a fellow military spouse have peace of mind from far away!

I can assist with move in/move out walk throughs of your property, checking in on your property if it is vacant, letting in contractors, letting prospective tenants in to view the property, and more! I can also assist with meeting home inspectors and checking in periodically on a property that you may have recently purchased but is sitting vacant until you arrive :)
