Thanks to all my clients for helping me reach another award for last year, the trust in my opinions, strategies, and knowledge that I received was amazing. So, thank you all again for Last year, I lost the bow tie, but gained the new trainer position, as well as a ton of new agents to mentor and guide them on their new real estate journey. All while making sure each and all my clients had the best representation they could possibly have. To be available 24/7 for my clients and the majority of the new agents (some pre-test) tutoring for the real estate exams..A ton of stress, alot of 23 hour days (Agents know what I'm taking about) i'd say i killed it in 2022. This was probably one of my worst years of production, but best year yet, to see an agent for the first time having no idea where to start.... to setting at a closing table; seeing the quite new person sell themselves and their worth to a new client ready to list a home for them with 100% pure confidence, and no worries is an award in itself. MY definition of Success is simple... If you're able to help somome better themselves in any way possible and you do it with nothing but good intentions you've already succeeded with your career, life , and just over all being a good human. With that being said 2023 better be ready! I'm going all in this year!!!
