Magnet Rentals We are a rental property company located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We manage properties and rent out houses and apartments in the Scottsbluff/Gering area!

In the event of an emergency related to plumbing, heating, or electrical and you are unable to contact us, please call a service person to remedy your situation. Magnet Rentals will reimburse your cost if it is truly an emergency. Please refer to the list below for after hour situations ONLY. When contacting any of the services below, please mention to them that you are a tenant of Magnet Rentals.

HVAC: If you have a heating or cooling emergency and it is after our business hours, call one of our on-call service providers listed below.
